Galythia is an independent cruise planning and comparison website. We publish editorial and informational content to help you decide which cruise fits you, including:

• cruise and ship information and comparison tools
• editorial guidance and recommendations
• Route Intelligence and Port Intelligence
• traveler ratings and reviews
• planning estimates, such as typical-fare ranges
• links to third-party booking and tour providers

Galythia is not a cruise line, travel agency, booking agent, tour operator, or seller of travel. We do not take bookings, process payments, issue tickets, or provide any travel service. We do not hold your booking and cannot change, cancel, or refund one.

Some links on the Site take you to third-party providers, including CruiseDirect and Viator. If you follow one of those links, any booking or purchase you make is a contract between you and that third party — not with Galythia.

The third party alone controls, and is responsible for:

• prices, fees, taxes, and currency
• availability and inventory
• payment, ticketing, and fulfillment
• itineraries, schedules, and changes to them
• cancellation, refund, and rebooking terms
• their own terms of service and privacy practices

Their terms apply to your purchase; please read them. Galythia does not guarantee any third party’s services, availability, pricing, or performance, and is not responsible for them.

Cruise information changes frequently and often without notice. This includes fares, dates, schedules, ports of call, itineraries, ship assignments, excursions, visa and entry requirements, transportation, and operating conditions.

We do not present information on the Site as real-time or guaranteed. Where the Site shows current sailings or prices, that content comes from a third-party provider and belongs to them; we do not store or verify it.

Always confirm anything that matters to your trip directly with the cruise line, booking provider, port authority, transport operator, or the relevant government source before you rely on it or make plans around it.

Route Intelligence, Port Intelligence, recommendations, typical-fare estimates, return-to-ship risk assessments, excursion guidance, and similar content are informational planning tools reflecting our editorial judgment. They are not guarantees, predictions, or assurances of any outcome.

None of it is professional legal, immigration, medical, financial, insurance, or safety advice. Where a decision depends on your personal circumstances, consult a qualified professional or the relevant official authority.

If you submit a traveler rating, review, or comment, you agree that:

• you are describing your own genuine, first-hand experience
• you will not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a ship, cruise line, or business
• you will not knowingly submit false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• you will not submit unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or abusive content
• you will not submit advertising, spam, or promotional material
• you will not include other people's personal information

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may decline to publish, edit for length or clarity, or remove any submission at our discretion — for example if it appears inauthentic or breaches the terms above.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it, you grant Galythia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and adapt your submission for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site, together with the right to publish it in aggregated or anonymized form. This licence is limited to what is reasonably needed to run and promote the Site — we do not claim ownership of your underlying copyright.

The Site’s original text, editorial content, first-hand material, graphics, design, and the selection, structure, and organization of its data are owned by SIENITH MANAGEMENT INC. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, scrape, systematically extract, republish, or build a competing dataset from it without our permission.

Cruise line names, ship names, logos, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners. Third-party photographs are used under their own licences — see Photo Credits for source and licence details.

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at all times. Content may contain inaccuracies or become out of date, third-party links may break or change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Site.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, SIENITH MANAGEMENT INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, from reliance on its content, or from any third-party service you reach through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the Site develops. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own place of residence.
